Whether it's a slow leak that's been eating your subfloor for weeks or a flooded basement at 2am, our Mendon crews are already moving. Hirex Water Damage sends licensed technicians straight to your Mendon address with extraction equipment already loaded and running.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Mendon, MA kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Mendon roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Mendon isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Mendon, MA, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Mendon, MA warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Mendon property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Mendon call at a time.
Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Mendon started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Mendon line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
We size the Mendon response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Mendon units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Mendon, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Mendon properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Blackwater losses in Mendon get handled under strict Category 3 protocol: containment, PPE, antimicrobial application, and documented disposal of contaminated materials.
Every Mendon job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
Every Mendon estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
Our Mendon, MA warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a Mendon tech at your door inside an hour.
Our paperwork is built to match what adjusters expect, and we'll speak with your insurer directly on your behalf.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
Our Mendon team asks a handful of targeted questions so the truck that shows up already has the right gear loaded.
A licensed technician heads to your Mendon address with extraction and drying equipment already loaded.
Extraction happens immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where the drying equipment needs to go.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Our Mendon technicians use moisture meters at the start and the end of every job, and the final number has to hit the dry standard before we leave. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
We put that guarantee directly on the Mendon work order, not just in an ad. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.
